The One Cell Bamboo Shade is the foundational unit in our modular bamboo building system. Think of it as the first building block — a beautifully crafted, freestanding shade structure that offers immediate relief from the sun while setting the tone for something larger.
At up to 17’ × 17’, a single cell works perfectly as an intimate gathering space, information point, small lounge, or visual anchor within your event. Each structure is hand-built from natural bamboo and tensioned shade fabric, blending organic form with thoughtful engineering.
While we refer to it as a “cell,” this is not a fixed or cookie-cutter product. Every installation is site-specific and responsive to its surroundings — shaped by terrain, sightlines, foot traffic, and the character of your event. The cell acts as a placeholder: a starting point that allows for expansion, customization, and creative evolution.
